Each month, our butchers hand-pick cuts of steak, house-made sausages, bacon, and other delicious products sourced from our trusted farmers. SUPERIOR

Large Variety

This Superior Provisions Pack is our largest pack with a variety of meats that changes each month. Each pack will contain steak, sausage, bacon, and other delicious products from the farms we source from in the Great Lakes Region. This pack weighs 9-10lbs. and each cut contains 2-4 servings for meals. Our monthly newsletter will describe exactly what you receive in your pack each month!
Huron

Small Variety
$60 Subscription / $65 Single Purchase
This Huron Provisions Pack is our smaller pack with a variety of meats that changes each month. Each pack will contain steak, sausage, and other delicious products from the farms we source from in the Great Lakes Region. This pack weighs 4-5 lbs. and each cut contains 2-4 servings for meals. ALL BEEF

All Beef Provisions Pack

Each month, receive a unique box curated by our butcher team, including ground beef, beef bacon, a house-made beef item, a marinated or rubbed beef item, fresh beef/pork cuts or roast cut, and a rotating specialty item.

FAQ

Provisions Packs come in two different sizes, Superior and Huron. Both sizes contain a curated selection of raw and processed meats that change monthly, and you can expect 9-10 lbs for the Superior Pack and 4-5 lbs for the Huron Pack.
Each Pack is available for pick up on the last Friday of each month at our butcher shop. You’ll receive an email reminder from us provisions@marrowdetroit.com each month - (so please add provisions@marrowdetroit.com to your contacts list)
We do not offer customizations to the Packs, as all items are carefully curated by our butchers each month and include seasonal specials.
Looking for something specific? You will receive a 10% discount on anything you purchase at the butcher shop on pickup day.
You can always modify your order on Table22 once you have your login credentials. From your account page, go to upcoming “Orders” from the profile drop-down tab.
Under the "Actions" column for every upcoming order, you will see the "cancel" option. This is what we refer to as "pausing" the subscription for a month.
To pause your subscription for a specific month, select the "cancel" option under the corresponding month's order.
Confirm that you want to cancel the order for that month, and the subscription will be paused for that month.
Pickup is available on the last Friday of the month at the shop, or the last Saturday of the month at the Detroit Eastern Market.
You can opt for our delivery service, available at a fee of $15, covering Metro Detroit. Find the delivery map in the photos on the Provisions Pack page on Table22.
Zingerman’s in Ann Arbor offers the Butcher's Monthly with pick up and local delivery.
Orders are delivered or available for pickup the last Friday of the month.
Billing occurs via Table22 at the end of one month for fullfillment the following, just like a CSA share. For first orders, your fulfillment will begin the month following your order
