Meat Club, our monthly meat subscription, is an easy way to keep your kitchen stocked while supporting a local food system. Each month our butchers hand-pick steak, house-made sausages, bacon, and other cuts from the Great Lakes farms we source from. Every order helps strengthen a regional food system.

Meat Club comes in three different varieties: Superior, Huron, and all beef. All varities contain a curated selection of raw and processed meats that change monthly, and you can expect 9-10 lbs for the Superior Pack and 4-5 lbs for the Huron Pack.
Each Pack is available for pickup the last Friday through Sunday of the month at our butcher shop. You’ll receive an email reminder from us provisions@marrowdetroit.com each month - (so please add provisions@marrowdetroit.com to your contacts list)
We don't customize the Packs, and we can't accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions. Our butchers choose every item each month, including seasonal specials.
Looking for something specific? You will receive a 10% discount on anything you purchase at the butcher shop on pickup day.
You can always modify your order on Table22 once you have your login credentials. From your account page, go to upcoming “Orders” from the profile drop-down tab.
Under the "Actions" column for every upcoming order, you will see the "cancel" option. This is what we refer to as "pausing" the subscription for a month.
To pause your subscription for a specific month, select the "cancel" option under the corresponding month's order.
Confirm that you want to cancel the order for that month, and the subscription will be paused for that month.
Pickup is available the last Friday through Sunday of the month at the shop, or at Detroit Eastern Market on Saturday.
Prefer delivery? It's $15 across Metro Detroit on the last Friday. Find the delivery map in the photos on the Provisions Packs page on Table22.
Zingerman's in Ann Arbor also offers the Butcher's Monthly with pickup and local delivery.
Orders are available for pickup or delivery the last Friday of the month.
Billing runs through Table22 at the end of one month for fulfillment the following month, like a CSA share. For first orders, fulfillment begins the month after you sign up.
