Marrow Provisions Packs, our monthly meat subscription box, is a convenient and impactful way for customers to support a local food system. Each month, our butchers hand-pick cuts of steak, house-made sausages, bacon, and other delicious products sourced from our trusted farmers. Every purchase you make helps to develop a more sustainable food system in the Great Lakes region.

For over three years running, we've collaborated with Zingerman’s Delicatessen to bring you this big cartoon box full of foods that you just won’t find anywhere else. Each month your box might include aged hand-cut steaks and chops, house-made sausages, bacon, charcuterie, broths, and curated pantry staples and signature specialties from yours truly. Two iconic SE Michigan independent food sellers, meating halfway, shaking hands with beef.
